They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They are extremely reliable. My hair looked so beautiful when I was leaving Hair Studio. My stylist is amazing and I can always go out right after my hair is done here. They were so easy to reach in an emergency. They answered my call immediately and is always there for me when I need it the most. I wouldn't trust my hair with anyone else
