The appearance of the shop really made me want to leave. The woman who started to do my hair combed my hair so rough I told her to stop and do it in sections and she asked me did I want to do it. Why should I do it if I'm paying you, so rude. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Before I came to the shop I called and asked for a price and when I got there they told me something completely different. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I will not be going back.
