Love coming here! Jessy Mink is amazing! She always takes her time and gets it right. She's not afraid to tell you what will and won't work for your skin tone etc. She makes you feel at ease and you always know your going to look great! I love coming to see her, and all the girls at Images, it's one big family!

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I had a young girl color and cut my hair,it did not turn out like we had discussed. I called her the following day explaining that I was not happy with the color and that I wanted my money back for the color that the cut was fine. She agreed. After a couple of times of trying to get in touch with her because I hadn't received my refund, finally spoke with her and she had changed her mind and wasn't going to give me my refund. I explained that I spent 90.00 there and had to turn around and spend another 50.00 to get it fixed. She finally in the end agreed to give me a refund for half of the color. I just think it is bad business to say one thing and avoid me and not honor the agreement. I am very disappointed and will not return.
