I went to get a haircut and have my hair dyed. It had been a while so my hair was long but healthy. So she cuts my hair and I show her a picture of how I had it dyed before,(blonde, red, and dark brown.) She says she can do it and starts in, so after its all said and done it was hardly noticeable and she even said lets walk outside in the light with a mirror so you can see it better. So after a day or 2 and NO ONE noticed my hair color so I call back and tell them that. I'm told the beautician WILL correct it and do it how I want for free. Okay, great. So I make another appointment and go back next week even though I was worried this girl really just did not know how to do what I was asking for. So she starts bleaching pieces and then putting the brightest cherry red I've ever seen in my hair. She rinses the bleach and the red dye out all together and dries my hair ...she will not turn my chair around until she was done drying it. So when she does my hair is bright cherry red all over.. I was shocked and it wasn't even the shade of red i had showed her. so she gets nervous and says its okay i just wanted to show you what would happen, then tells me she will fix it with highlights. So she quickly starts putting more bleach and foil very sloppy. So keep in mind I've been sitting in this chair for 3 hours.. yes 3 hours and the entire time the owner is there watching all of this unfold and not saying a word! So when she is done she wont even finish drying my hair because she said she put so much bleach in she wanted it to keep some moisture in my hair... then tell me i should get some baking soda to put in my shampoo to take some of this bright red out of my hair... So after all the bleach and red my hair is this unusual pink ish i don't know, you can tell someone didn't know what they were doing though. So I went to work this next day. Humiliating..... had to tell everyone what happened to my hair..So I decided to call and see if they would at least refund my money. And just for your information it was 160.00... I've never paid that much for cut and color. After telling her this was the WORST salon experience of my life and that it was humiliating having to go to work like this and that my hair is literally fried from all the bleach and you can see my roots which makes no sense since she did it a couple days ago.. and the owner (Megan) who watched her massacre my hair says they don't do refunds and proceeds to blame me and say that her beautician (Michelle) had told me this would happen and that the color couldn't be done.. I asked her why my beautician I went to when I lived in another state could do it perfectly and only charged me 80.00 dollars and she didn't have an answer besides THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS.. So ... all in all after its all said and done my hair looks awful it's fried, its the most unusual color of faded pink brown whatever and I'm out 160.00 dollars. And I wouldn't even have complained if she would have just gave me money back so I could at least get it fixed. But thought I would warn who I could. I still am in shock that this even happened!
