I was extremely satisfied with my beauty treatment. My stylist knew exactly what I was looking for and delivered perfect results. I will definitely be a regular customer here. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. One thing that made me love them even more, was how easy they were to find. I always worry that I’m going to get lost when I try to find new places, but I didn’t. My stylist was Lori. She listened to me and did exactly what I asked. As for the appointments, they really are a walk in only salon but that's okay. All the stylists there are pleasant and really nice. I now take my whole family there. Read the other reviews here and am surprised that they had a bad experience. I'd recommend this salon to anyone.

This salon was supposed to open at 10 on the day I was there, but no employees arrived until 10:35. While I waited for them to open, 2 other customers gave up and left. When the shop girl finally arrived, she had a cup of coffee that she had stopped and purchased on the way to work. She was full of excuses about why she was 35 minutes late, but my favorite one was "my manager is late too."

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
