I never had to doubt Hair Shoppe's qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer! I recognized the shampoo and conditioner used at Hair Shoppe as some of the best brands on the market. They are used by the top stylists in the country. My stylist made sure that my neck and body were completely covered. When I left they took the time to dust off any stray hairs so that I would be comfortable the rest of the day. Hair Shoppe's staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Hair Shoppe explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
