My daughter had an appointment at 1pm on Friday 10/30/2015 with Carissa at the 5005 S Kipling St location to get her hair bleached. Carissa told her that her hair was too dark and she would need to do a color correction before they would be able to bleach it. Carissa told her instead they could just do a "Heavy Highlight" to lighten up her hair and my daughter agreed to this. When she got home she was so disappointed! She paid over $100 for a highlight (her hair is only shoulder length extremely over priced) and you can barely see the highlights in her hair. She called in and spoke with a manager and the manager told her that she could not refund her unless she came into the store. So tonight, Tuesday 11/03/2015 my daughter drove the 80 miles one way to the 5005 S Kipling location to meet with the manager to discuss a refund. The manager refused to give my daughter her name, her managers name or even the store number. She told my daughter that she would not refund her and that my daughter was just upset because her hair was not as blonde as she would like it to be. EXACTLY!!!! She did NOT get what she asked for or paid for. I find this very disappointing since we have gone to Sabrina and Melissa and a different Carissa for years and have never had any complaints with the service we have received from any of them. I will make sure to let everybody I know that this is NOT a location you want to go to if are looking to get exactly what you want. I know that I will NEVER go back to this location after the customer service this manager has provided.
