Stylists are carrying on conversations with each other, yelling loudly across the shop and often in my ear - this often makes me jump and makes my ears ring. Seems to me they should be paying attention to their job, not conversing with each other as to what happened on Idol last night. Save that for when you don't have a customer. Secondly, the stylist is very rough when shampooing my hair. Having had several strokes, I really don't need anymore head knowcks but during shampoo it always gets knocked against the sink once or twice. They are good about squeezing you in and it is conveniently located but very hard to deal with the yelling.
