She ruined my curly hair. My hair was beautiful when I went to Gina. She took thinking scissors and thin my hair out. It would not laid down after that because the ends were to thin. You don’t thin out curly hair. It has been 16 months and I am still having to cut my hair several inches on the ends to thicken it up. Also she used sweet n low to calm down my head from itching after she colored it. It took months for my head not to be red from the itching. My hair dresser can’t believe what my hair looked like when she started trying to straighten it out. And no one knows why she didn’t know I had an allergic reaction to the color but continued to use it.
