I would rate it a zero if I could. Went for hair extensions. Not only did they do a terrible job but when I went to have them taken out a week later because it looked like giant globs of glue in my hair, they wanted me to pay for the removal. I had to wear a baseball cap because they looked so bad. I paid over $900 and they had the nerve to wanna charge me for removal. Horrible experience. Steer clear of this place!
