They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they could have spent more time to help me determine a new cut that fit my face. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they could have made moreeffort. The office was easy enough to find, but only because I know the area well. It would have been helpful to know the shop was located in a strip of stores next to a major food store.. I'm debating about going back, and I probably will. The cut was an extension of what I had, not the new cut I really wanted. I am going to try to be more assertive next time, to see if the stylist will take the time to work with me. (I did say when booking the appt. I would need a few extra minutes so the stylist could help me choose a new look.)

Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.
