Got there and they didn't have my appointment on the schedule. Typically wouldn't be a huge deal (although for any well run business you would think a good apology would be given, maybe a discount or a lets go ahead and fit you in anyway?) I, however have a 3 month old and 2 year old and finally had made a little time for myself to get a much needed haircut and some well deserved time out of the house. Would I like to reschedule? Sure I would, in the next month or two when I can find a few hours to myself again, at a different more dependable location. Thanks for screwing up my few hours of relaxation, Joel's. I will not be going back. Also noticed that they had set me up with an assistant and not an actual stylist for a $45 cut which I had not been told over the phone. Maybe in the long run this is a good thing.

I've already started recommending this place to all my friends and family. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. My stylist made an extra effort to make sure I wasn't sprayed with water. I was extremely impressed. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
