My wife went in for a mani pedi. The pedicure was fine. The manicure was runny and thin so they said they would fix it. To do this, they put a layer of pink over it and did a sloppy job. This was a shellac job, so it's more expensive and supposed to last for about a month. Just 5 days later, the paint peeled off my fingernails completely. She called the owner and he yelled at her and told her she could come in to pay and have it fixed. He then hung up on her. She called back and asked why he hung up and he again screamed at her and said he would not give a refund. He then hung up again. After that, HE called my wife and yelled at her again, then hung up. She then called him once more to tell him to leave her alone and he screamed at her and of course hung up again. Now we are out $35 and without the service that we paid for. They are rude, unprofessional, overpriced, and need to learn customer service. Choose another place
