They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I recognized the shampoo and conditioner used at #fullname|business~this salon# as some of the best brands on the market. They are used by the top stylists in the country.

The employees are very helpful and know the products in the store. All the employees have been very nice. Don't know why all the negative comments because this is a great place to shop.

I live in California, but my friend in Utah visited this place and was treated horribly! She was told she was unwelcome and her business was not needed! HOW DARE THEY! So much for the "classy" part. Management, why don't you try treating people equally and with respect and dignity. You have NO right to be so rude and offensive to ANYONE!
