2051 Zumbehl Road Fantastic Sams
Do not allow them to try and do a Color Correction on your hair. You might want them to do something a certain way but they will argue with you and do what ever they want to do and your hair will turn out worse than what you came in with and they will make you pay for their screw up. It cost me 97.99 and I'm still going to have to go to another salon to correct what they screwed up. You can't trust them with coloring your hair.

Do not get your hair cut at this store. I went in for a simple dead end trim, as I am growing my hair out. I ended up with 2+ inches cut off of my hair, uneven, choppy layers, and a section of hair in the middle/back that was 2 inches by 1 inch wide longer than the rest. I had to go to another salon to fix this botch job. I now have 3 inches off of my hair and layers I did not want. I called Fantastic Sams and spoke to the manager after my botch job was fixed (as I didn't want to go back to Fantastic Sams to have them fix it...who would trust it a second time?!). The manager told me to come in the following day. I showed up the following day, the manager would not even speak to me, rather he had one of the other stylists call the owner. The owner informed that I could not get a refund, that they do not honor this. Stating that it is in their "policy" that you have to come back the same day to show the hair stylist what they did wrong so they can learn for the next time. I believe management should stand behind their brand and honor the customer. This is not the case. I'm in the process of waiting to hear from headquaters. We will see if they have more class than the owner and management of this store. Pay the extra ten dollars and get it done RIGHT at a salon, trust me it's worth it!!!
