I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here. Their breath is always very fresh. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
