Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I couldn't believe how clean their entire facility was. It was by far the cleanest salon I have ever seen. I have had my hair cut and styled by various stylists and they have always done a great job. I always leave feeling great about my hair. I have been to a lot of (too many to count) salons and it never fails they screw my hair up.

DO NOT get your eyebrows done by BRAD at this salon. He decided to change my entire look by removing too much hair, making my eyebrows look very far apart, making them too thin, and giving me a ridiculous arch. Why would you think I was looking for such a drastic and unnatural look? Considering he did such a poor job, this should have been complimentary. Brad needs more training in this area.
