I WENT IN THERE T GET HIGHLIGHTS AND LOWLIGHTS TERRIBLE DESCIION SHE ASKED ME WHERE I NORMALLY GO AND I TOLD HER SHE MADE A REMARK AND SAID THEY ARE EXPENSIVE. Well she got done with my hair n it is terrible not all the way to the roots highlights on top no lowlights n its no where close to the color i wanted. I pretty much told her i didnt like it but didnt want to be rude. she ang me up that was the most ive ever spent on my hair and i hate it going to call and get them to give me my money back. ohh and she didnt even style it just blow dryed it enough to see the color.
