I was satisfied with my visit. It was the second time that I went and I am very picky with who I let do my hair. I was looking to get some Senagales braids, the same braids I got the last time. They lasted a lot longer (2 1/2 months) than the first time. Maybe it was because I knew how to care for them better. Even though I was looking to get a different style they were helpful in that they encouraged me to get something that would last longer considering the money I was gonna spend ($220). More than likely I will go back. I didn't have a bad experience. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult buy you should get there as early as possible. I had made an appt. and still had to wait and I didn't like that at all. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to be extra nice.
