Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I tried to call the corporate office, but the phone is disconected? This is the second time I had a hair cut and was not satisfied with the way I was treated! I would like this location notified about my complaint.
I was there 2 weeks ago for a hair cut with $9.00 coupon. The salonist had log blonde hair with bangs. She was very friendly with the customer ahead of me who was mentally challenged and her daughter also. She did blow dry the clients hair after her cut. The it was my turn. I showed her how much hair to cut off. She did not talk to me at all! She had to take two calls or appointments while cutting my hair. I had just washed and dryed my hair before going to Great Clips. The stylist kept spraying my hair strand by strand with water or something. She sprayed my face several times and it went in my eyes the first time, after that I closed them. Instead of being nice and asking me to move my head in posisitions, she took both hands,placed on my head & turned it very abruptly in the direction she needed. She cut it longer, than had to cut all over again, because it was not as short as I had asked in the beginning. After cutting she took off the apron and said okay how do you like it. I said it good, but can you dry my hair? It was dripping from all the times she sprayed it. She said she could, but I could tell she did not want to take the time. Why was I treated so differently? I really would have tried another location but the coupon was only good at that location. I gave her a $2.00 tip which she did not deserve! I would like the manager from that location to call me! I would like to tell her about the other experience that I had on the previous visit to that location.
