I was in search of a local place to get my hair cut and decided to give Outer Limits a try. My hair was in desperate need of a trim since it hadn't been cut in a while. I talked with Patty, the owner, on the phone and described the type of hair I have and explained that is not in the best condition. She was friendly and easy to talk to, and ended up scheduling me for that same day.

I'm not one who is comfortable going to a hair salon due to my insecurities about my hair, but Patty made me feel at ease. Before she took the scissors out, she spent time talking with me about the condition of my hair and offered suggestions as to how we could get it back in shape (she promised she wouldn't butcher it). She gave it a good trim, which helped tremendously. The look of my hair when I left was a huge improvement from when I walked in. Not only was I happy with how it looked, but I was very impressed with the exceptional customer service. I could tell Patty really cares about her customers.
