My "FIRST" experience at The Cutting Edge II was a very pleasant one..Charlotte had made my appointment for Hair cut & style..Charlotte
was very polite and friendly..and EXPERIENCED in cutting hair..Being
a person who is ALWAYS high strung when getting my hair cut ,being afraid of
someone just chopping off hair without any reguard to your feelings ! Well, THIS WASNT the case !! I went in and showed her a Picture to use as a
guideline as to how I wanted my Hair cut... WOW, I was pleasantly surprised she did a GREAT JOB... she was very professional...and to say the least I made a "second" appointment so I would like great for my up coming trip !! THANKS CHARLOTTE ! it was a pleasure to meet you and to have someone of such professionalism working on my hair !!! I can now say PROUDLY ...

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
