I lost 40% of my hair from an inexperienced stylist during a process...it was OBVIOUS to her and her staff and they made no attempt to repair or suggest options. When I got home and brushed my hair, there was so much breakage that I had to have 10 inches CUT OFF....After paying over 200% for the color and 'wave'...and losing a large amount of hair, I will never go back. Caryl and Co.owner also owns the other two Salons in North Branch..both fantastic sams and cost cutters. She will never get my business again, not after that. Also stylists that chew and snap gum are disgusting to me. I don't want to hear someone's chewing or have someones gum Fall into my hair while getting it cut .... I don't mind searching out better and more Professional places.
