The receptionist didn't make my appt correct. We wanted two appointments at the same time so we could have our hair done together, mother daughter hair day. She booked us at septate times one after the other. Ended up having to canceling my appointment after sitting there for two hours waiting for my daughter's hair stylist to get done. They didn't even care that the receptionist made the mistake and made no attempt to make it right or fit me in. They seemed to just care about hanging decorations. The only excuse I heard was that they were fully booked, even though we were told we had two appointments both at the same time. We clearly said we wanted it done at the same time and together. They never even apologized, they acted like they were to important to so.

I have been going to Ria at Heads Up for years. She does an amazing job, and I have never gotten a bad cut or style from her. She has taken me from short, to long, and back to short again numerous times. She always answers my questions completely, and in a way that helps me understand my options. She is also the best in town at styling long hair for those special occasions. The staff is very friendly and professional. You feel pampered by the way they do even the simple basics, like shampooing your hair.
