On numerous occasions, including today, the stylists at Fiesta have informed me over the phone that they do not take appointments, only walk-ins. I called very close to the time of opening. I then drove in to be a walk-in. At the salon, they told me they did not have any openings until 3 hours later. This happened because they take appointments for those individuals that they know. They told me that I was allowed to make an appointment if I had been there before, liked my stylist, and wanted her again. I do not care who does my hair, I just wanted their service. They either make appointments or only take walk-ins, there should be NO exceptions, and with this business they are making MANY exceptions. This has happened to me NUMEROUS times. It has happened to my friends and family members also. It needs to change. They are losing a lot of business. I can guarantee that I will not be back there. I walked right into another salon in New Martinsville (that truthfully only takes walk-ins), got my hair highlighted, and paid/tipped the stylist. I was very pleased with my service, and very angry at Fiesta at the ridiculous way that they run their business. This is not a family/friend salon. It is open to everyone, therefore, give everyone a chance to get in!
