I left the salon in tears. The place was dirty and the staff was unfriendly and did not know what they were doing. I asked for highlights and ended up with orange hair. I then went back to the salon to be dyed back to my original color (light brown) and ended up leaving in tears. My hair was a dark red/blackish color and the lady left hair dye all over my face and forehead which stained my skin and was painful and frustrating to remove. I would not recommend this place to anyone i know and will NEVER go back.

The shampoo and conditioner used at Cut Above wasn't top of the line but it did it's job. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
