I really like this store. The hair is great quality (though VERY expensive, and seems to shed a lot) I have always been treated great by there staff....but my favorite girl is no longer working there. She was so smart, helpful, and honest....it was so nice to talk to someone that actually knew something about their products....They have a pretty good selection available....and tend to keep things in stock. I haven't been to their stylists, so I can't comment on them, but as far as their store, It is a great option when you are in need of quality hair.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon ever. I understand that people have bad days, but I was treated so unfairly and charged full price for it I am still feeling horrible. I waited for an hour and a half to get into my appointment and when I finally got in only got my hair highlighted and still needed go get clip in extensions done. My stylist kicked me out so she could fit in a "regular" customer five minutes earlier than his appointment. It was huge slap in the face and the manager and the stylist made no moves to make this situation right. I am so disappointed in the lack of service I recieved especially for the money I spent. I guess people who feel they have to short change their customers will get their reward in the end, word will definatly get around and clientel will decrease as a result of how they treat people you can't hide bad service. They have definatly lost my approval.
