I've been going to Headturners Salon in Westfield for many years and have always been so pleased with all my different looks that I have gotten whenever I needed a change. My color has always been what i wanted to achieve and I felt so great every time I left.

The japanese hair straightening process that was applied to my hair at Headturners has destroyed the health of my hair . During the procedure, I noticed strings of my hair that were turned kinky, dry, and fried after the product was applied to my hair and the flat iron process was complete. After 48 hours, I washed my hair and deep conditioned only to find that my hair texture and quality has been completely altered. My hair is coarse, dry, with fly always and frizz from the top to the bottom. I have been unable to leave my hair down because of the frizz and dryness. I would not recommend this salon!!!
