I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Actually, the hair stylist probably isn't there anymore but she started late as she came in with her lunch and had to eat. My young son wasn't happy about being there anyway....then she left in the middle to talk with her boyfriend. When I told her to do a number 3 fade...she was scalping him. I told her it was too short and she said it will not be when she was finished with it. It was terrible and I haven't gone back in five years...I am going to try it again!
