STAY AWAY!!! Nicole had been doing my mother's hair for a very long time and it was always a beautiful blonde. She has since left and now it is a disaster! My mother went in for her usual routine. She had a new stylist and it was her first day. She said that she had instruction from Nicole what to do. Long story short, my mother left with a disgusting shade of red. She said to the stylist "It's red?" and the stylist replied "At least it's not blue" while laughing. My mother told her that that is not what she wanted and she replied "Well I think it's pretty." By that point my mother was in tears and just left because she was getting nowhere with her. I called the salon because my mom was so upset. I spoke with the owner and he was beyond rude. He actually yelled at me to be quiet, said that it's not his fault it's red, It was the stylist first day, if she wants to come in and have it redone, that's fine but she would have to pay for it. Seriously? I asked him how it was possible that she could go into the salon blonde and just needed a touch up, and leave with dull red hair. At that point he hung up on. Please stay away from this salon if you need anything more than a trim. Nicole was the only competent stylist there. Many of my friends have had problems there but she kept going because Nicole was so great. Now we have to go pay hundreds of dollars at another salon next week just too hopefully get it back to her normal shade.
