Excellent massage with Martha!

Beware of business tactics!!!! I booked a massage for my wife and I several months in advance as this was a Christmas gift for her; this along with a stay in Cape May at a B&B at the Blue Rose. The morning we were to go for the massages my wife calls and schedules our sessions. The young lady on the phone states she booked us for our 1 hour massages as per our pre-paid certificate as per the certificate number we provided her. Upon arrival at the center, we were brought to our room to receive our massages. Upon completion of our session, the receptionist asked how we were going to pay for our services. We stated we were pre-paid as per our certificate. The receptionist stated that our certificate was only for a half hour and we had been given an hour, and was adamant about payment for the remainder of the services. Not wanting to ruin the benefits of the massages due to the added stress incurred by this situation, we paid the extra cost. Beware even if you have pre-paid for this service. Confirm ahead of service exactly what you will be getting and what the costs will be. Why didn't they address this prior to our service? Why didn't they ask for additional payment ahead of time? Why didn't they get authorization? We have had a pleasant experience with every other proprietor we pre-booked in Cape May this week end, but I would caution you with this vendor.....
