Forgot to call in prescription, then called it in incomplete, then failed to return 3 phone messages. Shockingly unethical.

I would never recommend them to anyone. If I had known how terrible it was going to go, I never would have gone in the first place. I would never recommend them to anyone. They made my situation even worse. I always waited at least half an hour after my schedule time. Dr. Mendes also refused to address side effects of a medication he had given me. My new psychiatrist took me off the medication and the ticks stopped within 72 hours. I told him that I was diagnosed as an ultra rapid cycling bipolar 2 (my medical records showed the same) and Dr. Mendes actually told me that bipolar people only have 1 cycle per year and that the diagnosis was nonsense. I loved my previous psychiatrist and did not want to change, but my husband's work moved us across country, so I had no choice. Dr. Mendes seemed like a good option, but I now found a new psychiatrist 20 minutes away from his office and am so happy I did! The 4 months I spent with Dr. Mendes was the worst treatment I've ever received! And I've been in treatment for 14 years.
