Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever.
