Dr. Murphy conducted an annual physical in 2016. He "found" an "irregularity" in my heartbeat that required an additional, expensive test that showed everything was normal. No one before or since has ever noticed anything - I have two physicals a year. His billing of the insurance company was unbundled and highly irregular. It appeared that several things were billed twice. The insurance company denied most of them. He never provided a summary of the physical, failing to return calls and ignoring two letter requests for the summary report. I have changed doctors.

My doctor retired and referred all his patients to Dr Murphy - I only learned of this when calling for a prescription refill that has to be filled monthly. I explained my doctor sent me a monthly prescription and that I wanted to schedule a physical. They scheduled the app't and said they would mail the prescription. Never came after numerous calls not even the courtesy of a call back. My physical is scheduled for Monday - today, two days before after making arrangements to be out of work they called me to say "the doctor won't be in on monday sorry we need to reschedule". So they a. never sent the prescription b. would not return calls and c seriously cancelling the Saturday before an app't - three strikes baby you are out. I said well i guess I will be finding another doctor and she said ok good, thank you. Never seen anything like this - not what i want in a primary care. Wish I could give 0 stars.
