I began seeing Dr. Kerby at Millar Chiropractic on January 3, 2023. He told me in his initial visit that he would only be at the clinic until the end of January, he was opening his own clinic. He said that I was welcome to follow him or stay at this clinic. When I checked out I was encouraged by staff to purchase a package that would normally cost $1800, but if I paid up front I would only be charged $1500, thus saving $300. When I said that Dr. Kerby was leaving and what if I decided I wanted to follow him to his new practice I was told they would refund my remaining balance. I paid for this at the beginning of my second appointment and was very surprised when I owed $80 for the visit. I was then told that the $1500 was for experimental treatment and insurance would not cover this. Dr. Kerby ended up leaving the clinic earlier than expected and Dr. Matt began working there on January 23, 2023. My first visit with Dr. Matt went ok on January 23rd, Dr. Millar was present. I saw Dr. Matt on the 24th and 25th was not happy. He was very social and unprofessional, kept me waiting in the treatment room during the next 2 appointments even though the office was very slow. I had traction and felt numbness in my leg and it was very painful. On Thursday, January 26, 2023 I began physical therapy and began to see improvement in my pain and knew that strengthening muscles would improve my quality of life. I did not see benefit in my treatment and was not happy with the new doctor. When I spoke with Brianna requesting a refund, she said that Dr. Millar would have to approve it. He called and left a message and asked me to call him on his personal phone to get information about how I was treated. I have called Dr. Millar many times. He does not answer his phone. One time he texted me back and said he would return my call, but he did not. He does not have voice mail to leave a message. I am very displeased.

My husband and I both tried Dr Greg Millar after seeing several other chiropractors in the Madison/Huntsville area. He is the best chiropractor that my husband and I have ever been to. He is very knowledgeable, and his staff are wonderful. I have had back surgery 2 years ago and no one could get me totally out of pain. After my husband went to his MD and was recommended to see Dr Millar I went too. The results have been wonderful. I am totally out of pain again. He and his staff of chiropractors all seem to be really in tune with the body and how it heals. I have never written a review on a doctor before but Dr Millar impressed us enough to tell others of our sucess.
