Their equipment was just average. It didn't knock my socks off or anything, but most of it still appeared safe. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
