This center is very understaffed. Like most large facilities, they are FOR PROFIT, and this is the priority. If your loved one is here they will need for a family member to check on them daily. They cannot be left to the center to care for them completely. Many things go undone, including dispensing medications to patients on time or at all. So someone has to be over them at all times. The people working there seem to have their heart in the right place but they are overworked to the point that the level of service is greatly impacted. You cant complain, because they do retaliate against the family. Complaining will cause the staff to retaliate against the patient. It really did feel like my family member was just another body to them and not the very important person in our lives.
