not impressed they make promises then back out they are not a full service provider i have a relative that needs Speech Therapy and they cant seem to get the story straight about having one full time a total lack of communication .SOMEONE NEEDS TO STEP UP TO THE PLATE AND BE A BOSS TAKE CHARGE

While repeatedly visiting my uncle and eating with him I noticed..dinning rooms had at least 10 bulbs burned out in the ceiling lights, and had hanging cobweb from them, UGH!

also the patio had rubbermaid storage containers stacked 6 ft high on it, along with boxes of Christmas decorations, and garbage baged covered Christmas trees..this is Feb....no storage, messy, stuff blown over on patio.
