Temperature in my room tonight is 60 degrees. One week ago it was 58 degrees. Took them 12 hours to get the heat working then. My complaint of being too cold was treated more as a joke! No action taken. Texted one admin person. No answer.

Staff is mostly pretty good. Food service is poor. Facility is clean. Old, but reasonably well kept. VERY expensive. I'm here for a short stay due to an injury. Took the first place that could admit me quickly.

Would NOT recommend for long term stay.
