Contrary to their website claims, they do NOT provide individualized care, especially in their dietary department. They treat everyone the same. Everyone gets the same food - a regular diet. It doesn't matter if the person has celiac disease, diabetes, CHF, etc.; everyone gets the same thing. And the quality of the food is detestable. There are other things, but I won't go into them here.
