Staff are preoccupied with what ibsurance covers to the point of being insensitive. coversacility is short-staffed on weekends. Clothes and a personal item went missing and have not been found.

My father is a patient there and every time he starts to like or get used to an aide tbhey fired. This is traumatic to these elderly people. I get afraid they will subject my father to someone horrible one day in all the new people coming and going all the time.. How many people are going to be privy to his genital area? He gets very upset that so many people are cleaning him down there, brushing his teeth, giving him showers etc, people who are virtual strangers. It is very unprofessional there with people with tattoos and hair with all different colors. Like my father is at a rock concert or something instead of a place that is so expensive. I am looking for somewhere else to send him. These are things my father has complained about to me and I thought I would jot them down here. Spring Meade get your act together!
