Few of the Kitchen/CNA/Nursing staff need to be given personal hygiene, food preparation, and most definitely treatment of patients training. Kitchen needs to be cleaner, dishes need to be inspec ted closer. Food particles left on supposedly washed dishes and eating utensils. Food itself being handled without proper precautions, gloves! Personal Hygiene is self explanatory as well as patient treatment. How am I privy to these issues one might inquire, I was a resident at this facility that's how.
My sister was there for about a week. The conditions are understaffed. She is on Medicaid, which paid for it. They called me to ask when I was stopping in to pay her bill of $4K+. I told them she was on Medicaid and it was paid for by Medicaid. They knew this ... it's in her records and was arranged for by Medicaid. The person plead ignorance. They then sent a bill to my sister. They need to be investigated for Medicaid fraud.
