Horrible experience! My father was permitted to elope 3 times in one day, the last time, he was found sitting in the snow behind the facility. He had been outside for 1:50. Facility administration was not consistently willing to share information, some info shared, then we were referred to their insurance company and their attorney. Some key details were refuted, and some still unclear. They were not prompt in responding to our requests for more information, contrary to their credo. The Anderson has since been inspected and cited by the Ohio Dept of Health for inadequate assessment, inadequate care plan, and insufficient supervision. Please be sure to check state reviews before trusting any facility to care for your loved one.
