They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answer right away, most of the time. It is a relieve to hear a friendly voice. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. though to be fair most of the staff does care and goes the extra mile.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
