Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They do not treat their patients with care and the entire place reeks of urine. The nurses steal from the patients and are not always available to help when buzzed as well as argue openly in the halls about who will do the changes and provide assitance. I would never again recommend or place a relative of mine in this home. Very disappointed. The level of Nursing knowledge and skill is very low. Maybe they shouldn't hire 2 yr RNs or allow LPNs or CNAs to do a RNs duty.
