I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. They were completely rude with me over the phone and would not allow me to speak or give a name of any other person to help resolve my issue. The staff were completely rude and inconsiderate of the family and assisting them. Very disappointed.
