They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

This nursing home is way to expensive for the quality of care offered at this facility. It costs 6,000.00 for a bed. While we were there the staff never offered the bathroom to the resident. I visited for 10 days, the staff was not professional. CNA's were out of uniform everyday we were there. I took notes on the things that I seen, 31 violations! From rude staff to a towel left on the floor for 30 minutes on an ambulatory hall.

The cab driver that took us from lake ridge told us“ you have a good family they literally took you out of hell.” He said this 3 times.
