Many of the nurses at this facility are outstanding. The management is terrible however and staff is misused.

Grounds and building are acceptable care is not so far. Parking is very limited. We are one week into a stay for a broken hip and I would not use this place for my dog. The staff seem as though they are unorganized, dis interested and some are down-right rude. They do not aknowledge your presence, and I actually had a nurse say to the receptionist-"really another interuption? Then to me, "what can I help you with?" I had a occupational therapist tell me that my 87 year old mother with dementia only wants to sleep, she was then informed that there was a dementia dx and acted surprised--some of the rudest, disorganized, unhelpful staff I have ever run into in the healthcare field.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Not at all! They were boring and outdated
