This is an inadequate care facility, upon arrival you are met with a pungent order of urine. The staff is uneducated in medicine, only one RN the rest are aides that are shiftless and shoddy. If I could take away the half star I would in a heartbeat. AVOID at ALL COSTS. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.
