They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous; was confronted by a patient with dementia while I was completely alone as they were having wheel chair races outside (I AM NOT KIDDING!!). Toilets always overflowed; not cleaned until next day. Small children were brought in at night by staff and the children ran up & down the hallways. I was 61 & needed help after surgery. I am NOT elderly. Wonder how many patients try to tell family what it's like there but nobody believes them? SHAME on Kaiser for sending me there!!
